What is the issue you’re encountering
This is a vague issue - perhaps this isn’t a place to obtain a resolution. But I am just needing advice: I am using Cloudflare as a domain to provide .jpg images to an Amazon Alexa Skill however, the images do not display – Only a blank screen is displayed. The image source is my Windows 10 PC. The images do show up properly when the same link is accessed from a browser. I have a second cloud server, which accesses identical images, however they are stored in the cloud on the site of the second server. And those images display properly on the Alexa display and on a browser. I am trying to determine what the difference between the two servers could be other than the fact that the source of images on the Cloudflare server is a W10 PC. And the source of images for the second (Innoscale) server is on the actual cloud based server.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve added a header to the Cloudflare site: Static - Access-Control-Allow-Origin *. I’ve checked the Cloudflare header and it does display that addition. The SSL certificate is proper for the Cloudflare site. I’ve searched through the Cloudflare setup, looking for what might be causing the issue, but need advice for what to look for.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
When I send an image using the Cloudflare domain URL, the image turns the Alexa screen black … so I know it is reaching the Alexa device. But when I send the same image to the same Alexa device from my second cloud server URL, the image displays properly.
Thank you for bearing with me. I just don’t know where else to turn.
