What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I can take no steps, as the domain might have been previously added by another party not known to me. We registered the domain in 2023 but it was registered before that and the previous owner might have also used cloudflare. I need cloudflare support to remove that domain so that I can add it to my account.
