Failover Response 521

I have a paid subscription for one of my sites and I thought there was something about redundancy/failover. Over the weekend I needed to reboot the server, and did, and during the bootup checking the site I got a 521 error from CF (see attached).

1. I thought CF would “gloss” that over and serve the last iteration it had.
2. I’m guessing I could customize that error page
   
   somewhere in the CF config panel. right?

Do you have “Always Online” under “Caching” enabled?

That is possible in your case (paid plan).
