Our comapany domain biokeyper.com has an ssl certificate which even covers all subdomains, we have a subdomain which points to the AWS server where the app is running, with all configurations done, trying to make HTTPS request throws Cloudflare error code 525. trying to install a new certificate on the server for the mentioned subdomain does not succeed with status code 404. making HTTP request to subdomain however is successful. Kindly help troubleshoot that issue. a guide would be helpful because our service is down and users are unable to access the it.
