Hey! I just changed the name servers of my website though here in Cloudflare it says the domain is active but when you try to reach the website through browser, it says the site can’t be reached and now i don’t know what to do as am not really a tech guy. Website: transoceanicmerchants.com
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Your domain has no A, AAAA or CNAME DNS records pointing to your hosting provider. That’s why it doesn’t work.
Usually, when adding a site, Cloudflare scans the domain and automagically imports all existing DNS records… so everything continues to work seamlessly after changing nameservers. But it seems this didn’t happen for your domain.
You need to grab the DNS records from your hosting provider, and add these in your Cloudflare DNS.
NB: I can see you’ve activated Cloudflare’s Email Routing service for your domain. If your were using some other email provider for your domain, that service will stop working. You’ll need to disable Cloudflare’s Email Routing and add your existing email provider’s DNS records to restore that service.
