What is the issue you’re encountering
We tried to upgrade to Pro plan but encountered errors, but realised that payment was actually deducted and that we have made 3 payments to Cloudflare in an attempt to upgrade to Pro plan. Furthermore, our account’s plan remains at Free plan with absolutely no way to upgrade again without making another payment.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We’ve opened a total of three tickets because we are being ignored by Cloudflare support - we received absolutely zero replies from them it’s ridiculous. It has been one month and we still haven’t gotten any response from them.
We need to get our account upgraded to Pro, and get the two duplicated payments refunded but customer support is non-existent.
