No error number, just says payment declined

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contcted the bank to check if card is blaocked, but its all fine

Bank tells me there is an attempt by Cloudflare to bill about $50 for the renewal yet when initiating the payment in my dashboard you indicate

Redemption fee - $0.44
1 year .com renewal- $0.10

Total due now: -$0.54

This however is not the same amount you trying to deduct as I am told by the bank

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Attempt to renew the domain in redemption, check out the invoice and see if it responds with the amount Cloudflare is currently billing.

You should know these figures are obviously wrong: a .com domain registration/renewal alone – without the redemption fee – is far more than this.

I don’t know how much Cloudflare’s “at cost” redemption fee is, but whatever amount they’re trying to charge your card is probably correct. (Other registrars charge as much as $250 for the redemption fee alone.)

Before escalating this, please confirm you have sufficient funds in the card for the $50 Cloudflare was trying to charge – and attempt the payment again. If necessary, inform your bank ahead of time to allow the charge.

If this fails again (after confirming sufficient funds and that your bank is not blocking the charge), update us here so we can have your ticket escalated.

So why does’t Cloudflare provide the exact amount its charging for the redemption? Can I have that figure please

The Community cannot answer that question, the Support team needs to do so on your ticket
