Failed to add new domain

Hello, Guys

I just bought a new domain over 16 hours ago. But i failed to add it to cloudflare. my domain status is Actived and the default page can be visited.

I submitted the ticket already. ticket No: 2230363

But the support didn’t give any helps. just let me find out the answers from Community .

so what can I do? domain: javips.com

What happens when you try to add the domain? Do you get an error?

But here is onething i don’t understand. It is a new domain. and how could I violate Cloudflare Terms. :joy:
