Failed to add Domain, error ' Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of luisus.cf at this time '

hello, my Domain is ACTIVE on freenom.com, but can not add to cloudflare.com, said ‘Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of xxx.com at this time’. but it used to add success within 10 min after the new registered new Domain.
the support team replies and asks to do the 5 steps but didn’t work. I can not submit the ticket with Domain, cuz the new Domain can not add to Cloudflare. how can I add? thanks

5 steps:

1. Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on ‘Support’ → ‘Help Center’ in the top right corner, which will take you to our Help Center.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select ‘My Activities & Requests’.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘My Requests’ page and click ‘Submit a request’
4. To the right of “Get additional help” choose “Get more help”
5. Follow the prompts to create a support ticket

Go to this DNS testing site and select the ‘Trace’, enter your domain name in the field on the left and then click the ‘Dig’ button. If you still see output that demonstrates your current name servers cannot be found/resolved, you won’t be able to add the domain.

I have contacted Cloudflare Support, they reply email and ask me to find info on Cloudflare Community…

A domain needs working DNS before it can be added to Cloudflare. luisus does not resolve any DNS records at dnschecker.org or intodns.com
