Failed to activate Cloudflare for topairfryerrecipes.com. Cloudflare is already activated for this domain under a different account

not able to activate Cloudflare from siteground

i have already removed Cloudflare from my Cloudflare account {redacted} and its already been more than 72 hours.

but when i try to install it again from siteground, it is showing “Failed to activate Cloudflare for topairfryerrecipes.com. Cloudflare is already activated for this domain under a different account.” message.

Im the only one who use this website (topairfryerrecipes.com), im sure there should not be any other Cloudflare linked account for this domain. (if by chance any other account existed for this domain, you can remove that)

i have raised ticket regarding this issue in Cloudflare support, but they always reply with some automated message, its frustrating that this issue is lasting for more than 72 hours.

I’m the owner of topairfryerrecipes.com and i have hosted my site on siteground. if you need any information to validate the original admin of the website i’ll be happy to provide you. Don’t give me silly reason (Cloudflare already exist in other account), how is this possible? I have used {redacted} for Cloudflare, but i have deleted my website and its been more than 72 hours, i know there is some bug of leftover records in your system. please fix the issue asap

FYI, i already have raised ticket 3 times explaining my issue but everytime i got response from bot saying the website already exist in other cloudflare.

Duplicate tickets will just slow down response time for everyone. The site is currently active on cloudflare but not in the account you are using here. Also, I see the site was added and deleted from your account but I don’t see that it was ever active in your account and the nameserver change confirmed.

If you cannot access the account holding the domain the only option is to add it back to the account you are using here and change the nameservers with your domain registrar, from there you have control of the zone and can move it to a partner account if you want.

it is because i use siteground while integrating my site with cloudflare. While using siteground i dont need to change the nameservers, it will add cname records or something like that.
