faild in ActionAppendSubscription: failed to update subscription: failed to load account from db: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outsanding balance is paid. Your should be able to do so in your Billing page

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot upgrade my plan to Business

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

try to contact billing support, but no reply (ticket 01448756 and 01391168, even my invoice are paid I still have the same error. General > Billing please your help with this issue is very urgent for us solve the issue we need to upload a custom SSL cert to replace the one it’s config because it will expire in 2 days

Support will need to assist you on that ticket.

The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account nor Registrar issues.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since February 15th, but no one has responded. I don’t know where to turn for help. Could someone from @CloudflareTeam please connect me with billing support? They haven’t replied to any of my tickets, and it’s extremely frustrating. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for them to address this issue or even acknowledge my requests. I’m very worried because if this isn’t resolved soon, my manager may suspend me.

This is time-sensitive, and I’d truly appreciate immediate assistance. Thank you.
