Failed connect to yokohama.ae:443; Operation now in progress

We’ve checked and found that the monitoring tool reported site down with reasons "Unable to connect to [https://yokohama.ae"]``(https://yokohama.ae%22) and “You’re receiving the 521 status code from Cloudflare” . We see that the domain was not reachable at the reported time and due to this the outage was displayed. As the website is hosted in Cloud fare, the error signifies that cloud fare couldn’t able to reach the server.

Can you please investigate and let us know the domain was not reachable on on Thu, 25 Jan 2024 18:35:41 +05:30

A 521 error would indicate a problem with your origin server.

At the current time, you are using Cloudflare for DNS only so requests go direct to your server…

We wanted a clarification specifically for Thu, 25 Jan 2024 18:35:41 +05:30 when the incident happened and our monitoring tool site 24*7 notified that site is down

You will need to check your origin server logs and ask your host for that time to see what may have happened to prevent Cloudflare from connecting to your server.
