Probably Under Attack mode is blocking the request. When you turn on UA mode, all the requests will need to go through JS challenge. And probably this request is not able to bypass the JS challenge if it’s a non-browser request.

You can check your Security Event and see more details on which rules are triggered.

Or turn on I’m Under Attack mode for specific pages or sections of your site, use a configuration rule.

What actions have you taken?

Without creating a rule that allows the bot to have access/bypass the challenge, changing to a different account will not have any affect.
