I try to add my domain restu-art.com and it give error saying that my domain is being banned, but I can add other domains without a problems. Is it because my domain have - symbol? Previously (sometime ago), I can add the domain without any problems.
No, the hyphen isn’t the problem. It’s a genuine ban. You’ll have to ask Support about it: login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.
