FAIL Failed to connect Cloudflare account. Cloudflare API returned Invalid host key

I setup a website at siteground, and bought a premium Cloudflare content delivery network (CDN) , when i tried to Set up Cloudflare, i got:

FAIL
Failed to connect Cloudflare account. Cloudflare API returned Invalid host key."

I have contact siteground,he told me to contact cloudflare to resolve this problem.
I could not even open a ticket for that, because cloudflare tell me:

"We’re currently experiencing extremely high demand for Free support.
Please visit the [Cloudflare Help Center](https://support.cloudflare.com/) and [Cloudflare Community](https://community.cloudflare.com/) portals to find quick answers to most common issues."

It sounds like you’re using SiteGround’s Cloudflare integration. I’ve not gone that route, but my understanding is that, for example, you’ve never used Cloudflare, never signed up with Cloudflare. But SiteGround lets you click a button in your settings and SiteGround magically sets this up for you?

Are there other steps?

Ultimately, a Host Key problem is SiteGround’s problem. You can’t fix this. This is SiteGround’s HostKey they got from Cloudflare. If it doesn’t work, it could be a temporary problem at Cloudflare, but this is something SiteGround should pursue, as it’s their Partner account with Cloudflare that’s not working.

Thank you very much for the reply. I place the order at siteground by a button in my settings and SiteGround magically sets this up.
I could see cache is working on my cloudflare acccount,so i need do nothing now, is it right ?

If your site is functioning, then there’s nothing else for you to do.
