You seem to provide a cracked version of https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.canva.editor and even link the download to some affiliate link which requires a sign-up, so I am not entirely sure that warning is completely unwarranted.
But anyhow, you need to follow the steps you received when that warning was issued, only then Cloudflare will lift it. The community cannot help with that.
