What is the issue you’re encountering

We stream videos in our app using Cloudflare streams. Today lot of our customers have said that the video streaming freezed multiple times. A lot of them also got the screen where video playing stopped and exclamation mark came on top of the screen. Attaching screenshot shared by the customers

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Not sure about the steps we should take

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

This is happening to some of the users. I think you can guys can support better by seeing the screenshot attached. The video that got impacted is PCOS-&-infirtility-21.mp4 videoId : 8b92f0b1b3118f273d448ad7b9347e37

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I went ahead and tested the video PCOS-&-infirtility-21.mp4 in your account and could not reproduce the error. Is the issue still happening? If so, can you provide us with more information via ticket? Do your customers see this issue happening now with any other videos? Have you tried re-uploading the video? Some corruption may not be detected without playing the video file which may explain why customers only observed this when playing the video.
