What is the issue you’re encountering

Cant find my TunnelSecret to input it in the JSON file

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried my best to resolve this error on my own but I simply couldnt crack it.
Please kindly assist

We need to find the TunnelSecret first.
Then maybe there are two same DNS records conflicting with each other, which may be the cause of the tunnel not getting accessed.

May I ask how did you created a tunnel? Via Dashboard or CLI (locally)? :thinking:
Did you removed the domain between the accounts?
Have you removed or editted the DNS record of the tunnel?

I’d suggest to re-autnenticate, login again, list tunnels and double-check.

May I ask if you see the tunnels when running cloudflared tunnel list via CLI? :thinking:

Furthermore, are the CNAME records presented in the DNS tab of the Cloudflare dashboard for the particular zone?

Remove both.

Is the tunnel running via the cloudflared tunnel run? :thinking:

Otherwise you’re missing the .json somehow?

Could you please run the cloudflared tunnel login to re-authenticate with your Cloudflare account?
