Facing a problem with email delivery

Why are my outgoing emails not being delivered in WHM? I can receive emails without any issues. The email deliverability check shows the message “Domain domainname has exceeded the maximum allowed defers and failures per hour (5/5 (100%)). Message discarded.

Cloudflare does not host your website or email so they would not have any insight into that.
