What is the error number?
There are no events firing on my website when I visit the store or add products to the cart. Despite setting up triggers and creating actions, no pixel events show up.
What is the issue or error you’re encountering
After setting up Facebook Pixel using Cloudflare Zaraz (with triggers and actions), the Pixel does not record any events. When I use the Facebook Pixel Helper, it doesn’t detect the Pixel on my site.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I created the necessary triggers and actions in Zaraz, double-checked my Pixel ID, tested in different browsers (including incognito mode), and confirmed Zaraz is enabled in the dashboard. However, no events are firing, and the Pixel is not visible in the Pixel Helper
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Visit my store’s main page.
- Attempt to add a product to the cart.
- Check the Facebook Pixel Helper extension—no Pixel is detected, and no events are recorded in the Facebook Ads Manager.
