I am trying to integrate my website with Ezoic using there “Cloudflare integration” opion where they ask for Cloudflare username and password.
Process seems pretty straightforward as stated in their tutorial as well.
However, upon entering the credentials, I am getting this error:
Error Authorizing User: Failed to setup Cloudflare for domain abc.def: SetZone error Unfortunately, you cannot add that domain (" abc.def ") To find out why, review this article
I have tried to fix it up with Ezoic support team but they are pressed me to check with Cloudflare so here I am as they think its something from Cloudflare side.
I was signing up for ezoic (ad network) and I am getting this message while integrating it with Cloudflare,
“Error Authorizing User: Failed to setup cloudflare for domain abc.def: SetZone error Unfortunately, you cannot add that domain (” abc.def “)”
seems we are in the same boat.
Lets see what solution is out there. I am yet to understand what is causing it.
Ezoic support has simply raised their hands and asking to follow the article.
But I seem not to understand what exactly do I have to do…
I asked them the same question, but they are using the same interface to integrate with multiple websites on daily basis. So this shouldn’t be an exception.
Yes domain is successfully using cloudflare for over a year now almost. the domain I am trying with is pakaccountants.com
I have written here after they strictly said that its not at our end as if it was they would have fixed it already.
As I am already using cloudflare so nameservers already include cloudflare ns records. I have mentioned the domain so you might be able to run the DNS checks on it.
Yes I have. Rather checked on the internet separately if someone has any guide of tutorial regarding that or anything even about the issue. Seems cloudflare integration is new on their part they used to ask users to change NS to Ezoic ones. But I would like to go with cloudflare option.
I also remembered that I already had one site set up with ezoic, it got set up with ezoic nameserver, I then tried to add my second site but this happened.
Update: It has been fixed now in my case, the Ezoic contact support fixed it, it was a problem on their end. They just cleared some data and errors and now it is working properly and my site got integrated successfully.
