Since yesterday morning around 9:00 AM EST, my web server has been experiencing extremely high request times (2 - 50 seconds) from major hosts around the world (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc.)
I’ve troubleshooted the problem on my server and also used MTR to perform various route tests, but I wasn’t able to pinpoint the issue.
Today, I decided to completely disable Cloudflare (DNS only). After disabling Cloudflare, the request times went back to normal (< 0.5 second), without any spikes.
So, there is definitely something going on between my web server in Paris and the Cloudflare Network.
If the issue is related to Cloudflare Status - Network Performance Issues, it definitely has NOT been fixed on my end.
