Extra Cloudflare nameserver appear in setup

I registered a new domain and tried to add it to Cloudflare. It tells me to remove the nameservers

lisa.ns.cloudflare.com
damon.ns.cloudflare.com
ray.ns.cloudflare.com
cass.ns.cloudflare.com

and add

lisa.ns.cloudflare.com
ray.ns.cloudflare.com

which is my current setting.

To be clear:

  1. I never changed the NS for this domain. I used these two NS records from ground up. In fact, I never saw NS other than lisa and ray throughout my experience with Cloudflare.
  2. The registry does not provide WHOIS.
  3. According to www.nslookup.io, the NS record is correct except for Cloudflare DNS, which reports no record found.
  4. No typos. A records work. (DNS only)

What can I do to the current situation?
