External NameServer for Domain brought on Cloudflare

Change Of NameServer on root Domain
I can change the NS record of subdomain, but unable to change the NS record for the naked domain.

I have a specific use case, where i used Cloudflare as Registrar and Domain Hosting for all my domain. but for one of my domain i have register/brought from Cloudflare, but that DNS need to be managed by another DNS hosting.

I need to keep the DNS on Cloudflare as all our domain will be on same Registar and Cloudflare has best price

That is not possible. Domains registered through Cloudflare, need to use the assigned nameservers. If you need to use different ones, you will need to transfer to another registrar.
