we have a cloud fare add on with out SiteGround hosting. On a website we have a call back system through a widget which is running with external script added to a header of the website.
What we noticed the widget is behaving very different depending of the computer, network or browser. Widget supposed to behave differently depending on hour. Outside office hours widget should be in “scheduling mode”. After few tests it’s very random, also from call logs I can see that widget is behaving randomly for customers too, some of them were able to request a immediate callback which should be available only during office hours. What was suspicious for me that after purching cache and opening a widget from totally clean computer everything was working fine.
