What is the issue you’re encountering

We’re using Cloudflare Zero Trust with OTP email authentication for access, but we’ve been running into an issue where some users receive the email with the PIN after the 10-minute expiration window has passed. Does anyone know if there’s a way to extend this expiration time?

Hi @cillas,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the expiration window. I would recommend you check your email server configuration to verify that @notify.cloudflare.com is allowlisted.
