Explicitly set caching to be service from specific region

Hi,
All of my customers are from Tanzania, there is a cloudflare data center in Dar es salaam, but i’ve noticed that my cached content is served from South Africa for tanzanian users,

is there a way to set a rule i.e. all my tanzanian visitors must be served with content cached locally in Dar es Salaam cloud flare datacenter ? or atleast set nearest caching city explicitly ?
