What is the issue or error you’re encountering
After this morning worker degraded service, all our workers were being rate limited because our account got put into the “Free Tier”, when our account has been in good standing for years. I would like an explination on how our account got put into the “Free Tier” even after the cloudflarestatus.com indicated that the worker issues have been resolved.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We repurchased / re-subscribed our workers onto the paid plan, and our services resumed.
