I’m trying to renew a domain and I’m getting the error “Domain state does not permit renewal. Please contact support for assistance”. The domain seems to have been deleted or pending deletion… I did create a support ticket earlier on but it I was surprised to find out that it was marked solved despite not being sorted out at all. My ticket number is #2834967
