Expired domain renewal multi ticket

My debit card was not working and I had to wait for the new one to get mailed to me, my domain expired and the debit card didn’t show up yet, now I have my new card and am ready to pay but it is removed from my dashboard.

Opening multiple tickets will slow down the process for you and everyone else.

Is one of those tickets active and receiving replies? If not, did you open it through the dashboard and select Registrar as the category?

Yes one of the tickets is active and yes I submitted through dashboard and yes I selected registrar

I could be a dick create a script that connects to a vpn (hides ip) makes a free account submits a ■■■■ ton of tickets spamming the system, disconnects and repeats if that would help, but didn’t…. yet…

That’s a sure way to get yourself banned.

I got a reply from support telling me ONLY the domain owner can renew the domain, however…
i have the domain renewal in my email the same one i signed into, same one i submitted the ticket with…

ok i am able to only send emails from my domain, i cant receive emails from my domain.
support wants me to login to my account i made when i set up my domain, i tried and got this

and now my ticket i can only reply to through a DIFFRENT email.

This won’t work, you need to receive emails from support so you’ll need to change the account email to one you can receive at.

But an account i can recive emails is not the one i “bought” my domain with

It’s risky to have any account on an email that can’t receive in case you get locked out for any reason.

my email (example@) was my domain (e3systems.net) ([email protected])

yeah, that’s not a good idea since if something happens to the domain you lose access. Also you reveive important notices to that account email.

Probably why I didn’t know that my domain was having problems with billing until it was too late.
