Hello fellow forum members,
I hope you’re all doing well. I recently encountered an issue with my website and could really use your expertise and advice to help me resolve it.
Here’s a brief summary of the problem I’m facing: After switching my domain’s nameservers to Cloudflare, my website is stuck in a frustrating “too many times redirect” loop, preventing it from loading properly.
Website:www.chongu.in
I have taken a few steps to troubleshoot the issue, including:
- Verifying the DNS configuration: I ensured that the DNS records in Cloudflare are correctly set up and pointing to the appropriate destinations.
- Clearing browser cache: I cleared the cache of my browser to eliminate any cached redirects that might be causing conflicts.
- Checking for conflicting redirects: I reviewed my website’s configuration and any server-side scripts or redirects to ensure there are no conflicting rules causing the redirect loop.
- Disabling Cloudflare temporarily: I paused the Cloudflare service to check if the issue is related to Cloudflare or occurring independently. The website worked without Cloudflare, indicating that the issue may be within Cloudflare’s configuration.
Despite these efforts, I am still facing the same redirect loop problem, preventing my website from loading correctly.
I am using the Blogger platform with Cloudflare managing my DNS records. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any insights on how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Please keep in mind that I have already contacted Cloudflare support, but I wanted to reach out to this forum community as well, as your experiences and knowledge might provide additional solutions or suggestions.
If you require any further details about my configuration or steps I’ve taken, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to provide more information.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to your responses and suggestions.
Best regards, [umssh kumar]
