Experiencing an error on one chrome profile

Hello, so for some reason I am able to access my website on another chrome profile. But on this chrome profile it doesn’t work and gives me an error 520: web server is returning an unknown error. The Ray ID given is: 7684d7f628b65ac8.

I’m very new to all of this so sorry if I haven’t provided much information.

I am using Chrome 107.0.5304.107 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)
OS: Windows 10 Version 20H2.
Device: Lenovo L13 Yoga ThinkPad

I have searched where they are but for some reason they aren’t there…?

Well, this is interesting.

My firewall events are completely empty…

I even tried filtering it to match the ray ID but no luck.

Website is still returning the error on this one chrome profile.

That’s quite strange. It can also mean it’s not likely related to firewall issue rather something else.

If that’s happening on a certain machine, it could likely be a cached version. Would you clear system cache, flush ip. You may read the attached article in the thread earlier for more information.
