Existing DNS records got a matching value in the Name field

hi,
i need to configure the DNS records for Rackspace email.
when i add the DNS records to make Rackspace work,
Cloudflare will not allow me to create new DNS records with the same value in the Name field.

i dun know the existing DNS record for “autodiscover” its purpose and whether it is still needed.
so i should keep the current record or delete it and make the new one?

The autodiscover hostname is used by Microsoft to add the account to Outlook. You will want to remove the existing A record and replace it with the CNAME provided by Rackspace. Set it to DNS Only.
