Exclude IPs from geo steering

Hi,

We have a client using Geo-steering to stop US clients hitting a UK site. Works great however their CRM tool and payment gateways for the UK site are hosted in the US. When we turn it on it’s stops payments working on their UK site.
If we can get their IPs is it possible to exclude these from Geo-steering?

Only way I can think of to do this would be to use Cloudflare workers.Possibly a simpler version of this https://new.blog.Cloudflare.com/update-response-headers-on-Cloudflare-workers/
