Exclude dynamic URL from cache

A WordPress site using Gravity Forms and a signature add-on plugin is generating signature files with URLs like this: https://www.mismt.org/?page=gf_signature&signature=5c0eb08b217789.84886149

Is this the proper way to exclude these types of URLs from the Cloudflare cache? See screenshot here:

From what I can tell, it is not working!
