after proxying the mail autodiscover and owa for my hosted exchange - mail doesnt sync on mobile devices

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

unproxied the records and it now works as normal

would like to proxy to get off a blocklist

Sorry you have been having that issue.

Without using Spectrum on an enterprise account you are not going to be able to proxy your mail server. Additionally, you would not want your autodiscover record behind the proxy since the proxy will hide the target of the cname.
