Cloudflare Radar has observed an Internet disruption impacting Iran. Our data shows a drop in traffic in Razavi Khorasan, Fars, Alborz Province, and Khuzestan, and across ASNs 197207 (MCCI) and 44244 (Irancell) that began at approximately 0430 UTC. The disruption lasted three and a half hours, ending at 0800 UTC. The shutdown was intended to prevent cheating on exams, but was reportedly unsuccesful in doing so.
