Exact and newest method to hide Cloudflare Apps in WordPress wp-admin

I’m trying to install the Cloudflare app on WordPress.
However, the apps view appears in wp-admin: Screenshot by Lightshot

I searching help article, and found this: App Displaying on WP-Admin

I thought that was a simple rule.
But I got stuck. I just don’t know what to fill and choose in these “Page rule column”: Screenshot by Lightshot

Please, I really need help from you

Using Page Rules, for a path you’d have to choose to Disable Apps:
