Every time I try to view the site on any browser on my laptop, with or without VPN or private browsing, I get an error saying the site is unavailable or refused the connection, yet I am able to connect on all of my other devices without issue.

Nevermind. Figured it out. For anyone who’s curious, I found a static DNS record in my hosts file, located in Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc.
