Even though I'm on the Free plan, I’ve been charged twice for the Pro plan

I was subscribed to the monthly Pro plan until March. When I tried switching to the annual Pro plan in April, it didn’t go through, so I downgraded to the Free plan for the time being. However, even though I’m currently on the Free plan, I was somehow charged twice for the Pro plan in April. Of course, I don’t have access to any Pro features either.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The link https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support wasn’t helpful in resolving my issue.
I emailed [email protected], but they told me they don’t handle billing inquiries.
I also reached out to [email protected], but the AR team said my issue wasn’t within their scope of support.

Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support

The Pro plan fee has been charged, but I don’t have access to Pro features, so I’m unable to submit a support ticket. The invoice number is IN-31736789.

Customers on free plans still receive standard case support for billing, account, and registrar issues.

You can create a case here - https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support.

You can select Billing and continue down the page to add more details until you see the submit option. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your guidance. I was able to issue ticket #01457434. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
