Even if I have added the MX record in DNS

Even if I have added the MX record in DNS, the incoming mail server does not work. When I lookup for SMPT connection from MXTollbox it says SMTP connection error. How can I solve this issue?

The domain unigenstore.lk has an MX record pointing to a proxied hostname, but Cloudflare has worked round that and it connects to a mail server. mail.unigenstore.lk is also correctly set to “DNS only” and also connects to a mailserver that’s likely the same one.

If you specifically want email to go to [email protected] then you need an MX record for adobe as well, which currently isn’t there.
