Hola, a mi me pasa algo similar (Problem in SSL) solicite el certificado ssl hace 3 días, ya he esperado las 24 horas e incluso después de las 24 horas desactive y active el ssl universal y aun no lo han dado, el estado esta: Actualización de Servidor de nombres pendiente. ayuda por favor!!

I suspect the issue is we are unable to validate the domain, support may be able to suggest an option and it would not hurt to get in the queue with them.

Ya tengo mi certificado ssl y cuando entro a mi sitio ya dice que es seguro e incluso aparece el https, pero no carga y aparece este mensaje: No se puede acceder a este sitio web, No se ha podido encontrar la dirección IP del servidor de mobokspop.ga . Ayuda!!
