Thank you for the response, but I must express my ongoing frustration with the handling of ticket #01278348. Since opening this ticket on 11/19, I have not received a meaningful update or resolution. The lack of support for billing issues, particularly after advocating for Cloudflare within my organization and securing approval to expand beyond the free offerings, has been deeply disappointing.

This experience has seriously made us reconsider whether Cloudflare is the right partner for us moving forward. I would appreciate immediate action or at least a detailed update from the Billing team regarding the status of this case.

This level of support is not what we expected when committing to Cloudflare’s paid services, and it’s imperative that we resolve this quickly.
