Errors sending to .gmail accounts

We cannot send to any gmail accounts - we receive this error:

our support person indicates the following needs to be done by Cloudflare to rectify this
second, you need to have Cloudflare setup an spf record as such:

v=spf1 ip4: –all

Add a TXT record, with this information:

Type: TXT
Name: @, or
Content: v=spf1 –all
TTL: Preferably set it to something like 12-24 hours, as mail related records likely do not change that often.
