it keeps advising me that I’m blocked and I can’t use any of their platforms or video game launcher.
I contacted their website support and showed them the screen shots and told them this never happened to me before in the years that I been playing the game and I don’t know what triggered it.
and they responded back with the fact that they did not block me and its not coming from them and they don’t know how to solve it.
after plenty of research I realized that even the website admin/ support doesn’t know how to fix these 1020 error issues which is weird for such a gaming company ? and they declined to help me using the excuse they don’t know how and we kept going back and forth for 2 days now.
I left a screen shot here with the error I keep receiving in hopes someone can give me a solution or help me solve it since the website admin themselves don’t know how.
Only the site that has blocked you can make changes to the rule they deployed that is affecting you. Cloudflare offers tools, but the site operators are the only ones able to configure how they are used.
