Error with new hcaptcha captcha

Previously, this was not the case when recaptcha2 was enabled everything worked well.

  1. Для тех кто не из России запустить капчу
  2. для тех у кого user-agent вдруг пустой то тоже запустить капчу

А сейчас когда user-agent пустой капча разгадывается, но специальная печенька от CloudFlare не присваивается в URL адресе __cf_chl_captcha_tk=
