Error with nameservers during launch

I recently joined cloudflare where I was asked to update my nameservers, which i did , but does not show. i also get this error:

Domain transfer complete!

Your transfer is complete, however Cloudflare may still be ensuring your nameservers are correct. If you see nameserver instructions below, then you can safely ignore them.

my website is : purplepizza.company
registrar: name.com

It also shows an error in the registrar page showing unknown

P.S i have WHOIS protection enabled, is this the problem?

Your domain is not registered with Cloudflare. If you actually transferred it you should contact your previous registrar as well as Cloudflare, to clarify why the transfer didnt go through.

Furthermore, the domain has expired right now and it probably is a good idea to renew it with the current registrar anyhow.
