Hi, I’m having a problem with image linking. As I switch to cloudflare from namecheap for DDos Protection now I’m facing a problem with the images which I have a other ecommerce platform used to sell. I used the images on my website on the said platform (Ebay) but unfortunately the images are broken after I copy the image address. I suspect there is a connected with the current SSL in my domain which is configured to Full. I’ve tried to pause the domain to check the issue after pausing it was able to load the image but when I enabled it again the image back to corrupted. Hope you can help me this one. Thank you
Before accessing your Website, either due to your Security options, at first I was presented with JS Challenge from Cloudflare.
Furthermore, may I ask if you’ve got any errors in the Console from the Developer Tools (F12) of your Web browser?
Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?
Steps for troubleshooting:
Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS without any error
Check with your hosting provider / Plesk panel / cPanel AutoSSL / Let’s Encrypt / ACME / Certbot and manually click to renew it
Only then, when your website responds over HTTPS, you should un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s set to Full (Strict).
You should be able to see the challenged or blocked event under the Security tab → Events at Cloudflare dashboard for your zone and know exactly which security option was triggered. Could be Managed Rules my best guess, otherwise Bot Fight Mode or Browser Integrity Check.
Once you find them, click on a particular one to find more details about it (user-agent, IP, HTTP version …). If yes, could you share some details which service was triggered that blocked you?
