Error while updating or installing anything in Wordpress Website

Whenever I try to install or update any theme, plugin in my Wordpress website, procedure fails and displays curl error 28.
Here is the complete error: “Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”

My website is hosted on Cloudflare. Is there anything i can in Cloudflare settings to sort this issue.

Thats not a cloudflare issue. The download is initiated by your origin server which connects directly to the source.
