Error while trying to change the ns on the all .it domains

I have a problem, when adding any ns from Cloudflare to domains in the .it zone, I get an error adding ns:

Sample errors:

SOAQueryAnswerTest: ERROR

connie.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode
hugh.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode

NSQueryAnswerTest: ERROR

connie.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode
hugh.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode

MXQueryAnswerTest: ERROR

connie.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode
hugh.ns.Cloudflare.com. ERROR ‘REFUSED’ returncode

I tried over 40 any ns from CF, but same rusult for any .it domains

I decided.

  1. First we add the domain to the CF
  2. Change NS on the domain

if first step change ns, we get an error every time.

Hi @seyfulina.natulya, you are getting that error from your registrar when you try to change to the Cloudflare name servers? Is that right? Can you share any of the domains that are failing?
